The Municipality of Nablus, has received financing from the AgenceFrançaise de Développement (AFD) through Lille Municipality toward the cost of [Nablus Boulevard]. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Expressions of Interest is issued.
Bids are open for consultancy firmswho:
1. Have a valid registration in the Palestinian Engineers Association/Classification Grade (Consultant in Urban Planning or/and Architecture), and
2. Have a proven tracking record (at least 3 projects in urban planning and at least 2 projects in urban design/landscape).
The expecteddelivery period of the project is from March 2024 to September 2024.
Consultants after prequalification shall be selected under the selection method based on Quality & Cost Based Selection QCBS (technical 70%, financial 30%)
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy, in the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
In the case of a JointVenture, several are required: a power of attorney for the authorized representative of each JV member, and a power of attorney for the representative of the lead member to represent all JV members
